Paramam is a brand operated by Triple Bean Technologies LLC.

Each Paramam piece is made to order with care. Because our products are produced specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@paramam.co.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or other reasonable solution.

2. Made-to-Order Variations

Our products are made using 3D printing and finishing processes. Minor variations in texture, layer lines, color tone, finish, or small dimensional differences may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@paramam.co.

Once production has started or an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping Issues

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
